And today we're going to talk about the First Amendment,

and we're going to be joined by a very special yes, Joe Verteber, also known as Joe the Box, who's the founder of America's America First Warehouse.

He has created a sanctuary in New York for Patriots and the like.

But before we get to that, let's take a look at some of the headlines

that have surfaced.

Most recently, Elon Musk had a case to challenge the DOJ special counsel's warrant for Trump user data.

And apparently, Elon didn't get the relief that he wanted.

A quote from post-Moleennial says that the Supreme Court Monday

said it won't hear a court challenge from social media platform X to judicial rulings that ordered it to provide

Donald Trump's account data to Biden Harris, appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith in the election

interference case.

Early last year, Smith secretly used a search warrant

to gain access to the account that Trump used extensively

during his tenure as president, the Hill reported.

The Biden admin has no business snooping around social media,

but yet that's what they're doing.

And so Elon has talked about his concerns about this apparent lack of accountability from the Supreme Court.

He joined Tucker Carlson recently and he talked about his prospects into the future if Harris gets

across the finish line. Let's take a look at cut A2.
