Traditionally you're going to see a lot of guys in the trades and I'm sure in some

communities and some of our local communities we still have that.

My fire company we've got a chemical engineer, a lawyer, me as a teacher, a number of people

in finance, accounting, IT.

That's hilarious.

Absolutely.

If you really think about that, I mean, that is just people from all walks of life.

And the point is, you know, focusing on an army of normal folks.

That's some of everybody.

Absolutely.

And where else are you gonna get an attorney and a guy operating a forklift on second shift

on a line together?
