Ellen Greenberg back in 2011, found with 20 stab wounds, 10 to her front of her body, tend to the back of her neck and a big gash on the top of her head.

And initially it was ruled a homicide after a closed door mass. and a big gash on the top for head.

And initially it was ruled a homicide after a closed door meeting, that ruling several months later switched to a suicide.

But all that changed again after the Greenbergs threatened to sue the city of three city of Philadelphia employees.

And there was a settlement on the eve of what would have been a jury trial.

Now, 14 years later, her parents, Josh and Sandy Greenberg, still fighting to change all that.
