But you've come a long way to Miami from rural Russia.

I'd love to hear a little bit about that creative journey.

It was a full circle kind of story.

off in a little church and he traveled the whole world to only find the treasure back in the little church and state.

Similar. So I grew up in the rural Russia where my grandparents and my parents grew their own food,

not because it was organic, it was healthy,

none of those things, because they needed to be self-sufficient because they couldn't afford

buying food. It was cheaper to grow your own food, take care of the animals, slaughter the

animals for the family to have food throughout the winter. And as a young teenager in the 90s,

I was like, you guys are all losers. You can buy this stuff, right? I'm out of here because it's a lot of work. All these organic trends right now saying how we should be healthy and supporting local farmers. And I'm all about it. But I'm like, it's a lot of work to do that. So you need a lot of people to take care of all of this, to be able to put the food on
