Yeah, we're sitting over here because some workers over at Dad's house.

It is mobile hit the power.

It's not power in his studio.

So pull a little audible and just come over here and sit in ours and we'll go.

So we have a mobile home and I've lived in it for two months.

Lovely.

Thelma used to live in it. Yeah. And how long? She was the, she was born in this house. She, Thelma was born here. Yeah, she's a Christian. She was, she was born in this house. Okay. She passed five years back. Okay. Something like that. I think it was around COVID-ish time. She's 107 or 108.

Sweetest lady. Like I remember her when I was little. She was always so nice. Always so nice.

So they put it on the market like a couple years later. I'd drive out here a lot when we used to

live on the other side of the valley. And I'd see it for sale. And it kind of rises up from the 30 seconds. So you're like, what all they got? And then you over here and you can kind of look at the backside. That's actually a pretty sweet piece of property. It is. And then I think it was, I want to say, we were living over. We call it Marguerite, that was the street we lived on, but we lived over there in the valley and I told Alicia, like, I'm done working at home.

Like, I can't have a podcast studio above the kitchen.

Yeah.

I can't have an editing computer 10 feet away from the dinner table.

I'm going to go, I'm going to go finish and edit.

Yeah, you can't separate your work and home environment.

That's hard.

And believe me, I get it.

Fortunately, now I'm not doing any of my editing.

The only thing I really do in my house is test products and uh and do pods but eliminating the editing thing which

i highly encourage yeah um allows you to have a separation and if you're building a house right

next to your studio might be wise to figure out how to get somebody else to edit your stuff right
