And I'm like, what a first one to have. I have two level one staffers. One of the, I'm like, and again, nervous at first. And then I got right into it. And he was like, I'll give him the blessing. i'd eight the year before even if you said six on average i've done at least 60 or 70 of their

seminars where do folks sign up for these seminars they go to bergner strength dot com and then

because we're not with crossfit anymore.

They're not affiliated together and yeah, they have level ones, level two's.
