Hey guys. Welcome to the Dream Bigger podcast. If you're new here, I'm your host SIF and I'm so excited that you've tuned in. So if you follow me on Instagram, you'd have seen that I got into

0:21.7

a pretty gnarly e-scooter accident. Basically, I fell off an e-scooter and had to be taken to the hospital.

0:29.6

I am currently recovering from two minor brain injuries, a couple of fractures, and a pretty swollen

0:35.7

face. But I'm super grateful that I'm okay and, you know,

0:39.6

I'm going to make a full recovery in a few weeks, which is super exciting. But that's basically

0:44.2

why I've taken a short break from the podcast. And I'm excited to be back. So this week's

0:51.9

episode is with Dale and Elizabeth, the lovely ladies behind Sweets and the City.

1:11.3

even prior to recording this podcast, and I'm really excited to bring them on. If you love group

1:15.9

workouts like I do, you've likely already seen them on Instagram because they really are the

1:19.8

ultimate resource when it comes to group workouts, finding the best instructors in a city,

1:24.3

and just all things basically fitness. Dale and Elizabeth also launched their new

1:29.6

platform Sweat with Sweets over lockdown, which is such a cool idea. Basically, Sweat with Swets

1:35.8

brings the group fitness concept straight to your home. You get to do live group workouts with

1:41.0

awesome instructors. One of the things I missed most when we went into quarantine was

1:45.8

group fitness, so this idea is just genius if you ask me. Before we get into the show, let's discuss

1:52.9

this week's hot tip, which actually comes at a great time for me personally. So I started reading

2:00.6

The Daily Stoic recently. It's a book by Ryan Holiday,

2:04.6

and it was actually recommended to me by my brother. Basically, I never in my life thought I would

2:12.1

get into philosophy because I've taken some pretty horrible classes in university and high school, honestly, like,
