for all you listeners today, because my guest is the wonderful, beautiful Elizabeth Chambers.

Elizabeth has the most amazing background in journalism, a very long history, actually,

in journalism. And along with her long list of TV credits, she's the founder and CEO of

Bird Bakery. She is a warrior of a mom of two beautiful kids and continues to expand her bakeries

with stores in San Antonio, Dallas, Denver, and the Cayman Islands. Elizabeth is a multi-talented

woman. And I'm so happy she's sharing her journey with all of us. She is my

friend and I'm very excited to share her story. I can also tell you I have firsthand experienced

the magic of bird bakeries and they are so good. So if you're lucky enough to get some in your

You know, you're a very big personality, also very, I think, kind of introverted way.

Like I know I'm an introvert extrovert. I kind of feel like you're a bit of the same.

You can shut down and hibernate or be out there really big. But I think that,

you know, obviously you're great on television and all that, but I think that more people need to

know about the success of what you've really built along the way, which is bird, bakery. And, you know,

I've been lucky enough to have experienced it. I wish there was one in LA. I hope there will be soon. And it's not

easy. There's a lot of nuances to doing it. And you know, you've done it well. And I think,
