I hope you enjoy this. I'm really excited about sharing this. PJ Fleck, the head coach of the Minnesota. Golden Gophers is one of the best game managers. I've seen he's really good at it. He cares about it. He's not the OC. He's not the DC. But he leads a program. He's done a hell of a job at Minnesota. It's incredible, really, how every year they're

competitive. They've won six straight bowl games. That's never happened in the program's history.

And I met him this year while I did a couple of their games and really loved the meetings we had.

You may know PJ a little bit. If you're not a college football fan, you may be a little aware of them.

You may know, oh, this is the guy in Minnesota.

The bald guy runs around.

He's got a tie.

He wears a tie.

And so there's a lot here that has nothing to do with whether you're a college football

fan or a Minnesota football fan.

He's really interesting.

And the other fun thing is he played for the 49ers. The first year of Mike Nolan was the

second year in the league for PJ Fleck, and Mike became a mentor of his and a close friend.

I met Mike Nolan in a Minnesota game this year because he was there to support

PJ Fleck. So the first thing, we do watch a little bit of video in this show, and you can
