And, you know, Brian's shirt says it all. We are here to talk about a commitment, a gap closer, if you will.

Oh, yes. Jackson Vaughn, a 6-4-220-pound defensive end out of New Jersey, Bergen Catholic.

He's the class of 27.

He is a top 50 player on the Irish breakdown board.

And I mean, this kid, I was watching his film today, Brian.

He's just an athletic freak.

That is the best way to put it. We're going to obviously jump into his film at some point here tonight. But it's good to be on with you, my friend, little OG action for a commitment. Yes, way. You know what? Like, getting a gap closing D.N. What better way than to get the OGs on here together, breaking it all down, man. So any chance I get to do a show with you, you know, I'm going to try to take advantage.

But this is a big one, man. This is a big time commitment. And their name just keeps on rolling. Charlie Partcher just keeps on stacking up Ws when it comes to recruiting the defensive line, brother. Dude, I'm telling you. like obviously you know you know, you and, you and Trev are kind of more into the recruiting side than I am. And I just watch your shows that I listen to what you guys had to say. And I'm watching all these recruits, you know, committing to Notre Dame. And it's like, do they recruit any other position? Because I feel like defensive line has been a pretty busy area for the staff right now. No, I mean, it's big. It's Vince, and we'll break it down and all of what it means to the class and all that other kind of stuff. But, you know, I mean, this is a big time player just overall, right? I mean, this is a kid that, I don't really care what the recruiting services say. I have him ranked as a top 50 player. I have him ranked as a guy with five-star upside. You know, you're talking about a kid from that new jerk, that really good New Jersey Catholic League, which will talk a little bit more about that. Then they're hitting that pretty hard this spring. And a guy that, honestly, they've invested a lot of time in. And so whenever you can get an impact player, highly ranked player, incredibly productive from a great competition in high school, that you've invested a lot of time.

And that's a win, man.

That's a big win.

And that's certainly what Jackson Vaughn is for Notre Dame in this 2020 class.
