Elijah Surratt, 6-2-210 pounds, a young man that has been productive throughout his college football career,

started at St. Francis with over over 670 yards and 13 receiving touchdowns. In 2023,

transferred to James Madison, caught 82 catches for almost 1,200 yards and 8 receiving touchdowns.

And then 24, he transferred and moved up.
