0:06.1	here with Lauren Johnson, everyone's favorite nurse practitioner, FNP. And we are actually going to take it back to where we started.
0:15.6	We started this podcast in September of 2022. And the first four, I believe it's the first four,
0:24.3	were all about different vaccines. We did about three vaccines per episode and just talked
0:30.2	about the history of them. So if you haven't listened to them, you can go back and listen to them.
0:34.8	But what we thought we would do is do a general vaccine podcast.
0:39.0	You know, this is the reason why I have a 2.0 account on Instagram. That's why I got
0:44.9	shadow ban for talking vaccines. And it's a big deal. And you don't hear much about it because
0:50.4	it will just be absolutely taken down and you will be banned and no one wants
0:54.9	talk about it. So let's talk about it here. All right. So let's do a bird's eye view.
1:01.1	We'll dive into many different topics on vaccines that we think are pertinent.
1:05.2	Lauren, where do you want to start? Anything particular? Do you want me just to go down the list?
1:09.7	Well, I think just knowing that a
1:12.0	i come from a place of not knowing any of this information when i first became a mom um if you don't know
1:18.0	my kids had my my oldest got the full schedule up until four through four she got the four year olds
1:23.7	which was the one that finally woke me up. My youngest got the full schedule until two.
1:30.4	So I come at this from a place of I am not shaming. I'm not gilting. I'm not pointing fingers.
1:35.5	I am mad that I didn't know then what I know now. I want to say that what I got as, what the point that woke me up the most was what I got as a child was like what four vaccines maybe, maybe five.
1:53.1	And now a child before their first birthday, it's like it's like close to 20, I think, that they get.
2:00.1	If not more. And by the time they're 18, it's like in the 70 close to 20 i think that they get um if not more and by the time they're 18
2:02.1	it's like in the 70s number of vaccines and it is it is astronomically different than it was
2:10.1	when we were kids and so when our when our parents or when we when people that are our age are saying
