Dr. Leak is a professor of German at the University of Wisconsin.

He teaches German history and literature.

If you want to read something very interesting that he wrote, do a search for the narrative logic of the severed hand.

Really fascinating stuff.

Tom, do you view Fion as a tragic character who never had a chance or a character who sort of brings misery upon himself?

That is an interesting question.

I think, yes, I'd say a tragic character.

I think of him as rather edible, not in the sense that he is not in the sense that we typically think of it, but in the sense that his ignorant and he does not know what he does not know.

And it's a little more, you know, less straightforward than with the myth of Erebus, but he's ignorant.

I don't see him as culturally speaking, deficient in any terms of the way that the Iron Islanders, the Iron Men, or anyone else in Westeros would look at a fellow like this and say, yeah, this guy might eventually be a great leader.
