Hello again, I'm Warren Alney, and this is To the Point from Public Radio International.

A daily look at the issues, Americans care about most. The latest polls show Republicans picking up steam among likely

voters, races for the Senate and Congress could be closer than ever. Both parties are

mobilizing thousands of lawyers, with Republicans concentrating on possible fraud, and Democrats

focused on access. On To the Point, we'll hear about possible challenges to voter ID,

electronic voting, and absentee ballots.

How long will it take before we know who's in charge on Capitol Hill?
