We have another victory to report in these cases trying to utilize the 14th Amendment to remove

President Trump in his re-election efforts from the ballot, the primary ballot and the general election

ballot. So if you did even write him in, your vote would not be counted. This

latest win comes out of Michigan. We filed a major amicus brief we represented Republican

parties of seven states the Michigan Republican Party the Oklahoma

Republican Party the Colorado Republican Party the West Virginia

Republican Party Kansas Republican Party, Kansas Republican Party, North Dakota's Republican Party, and Delaware's Republican Party.

In Oklahoma, we've already gotten a win. That is also the case in Minnesota. We have attorneys making their closing

arguments today in Colorado. We are still active right now in West Virginia and

we are in the intervention process in the Commonwealth of Virginia fighting back to

ensure that your right to vote for the candidate of your choice in the primary and general election.

And Dad, what we're seeing across the country

is a lot of victories, but it would only

take one of these court cases.

We're watching that one in Colorado very closely
