This is a good bipartisan issue.

It's like Sheldon White House, but Marco Rubio's leading the charge.

It's called the Sunshine Protection Act.

It makes daylight saving time permanent in all of the U.S.

And more importantly, it locks the clock.

Hashtag.

That's the hashtag for the legislation.

Lock the clock.

I think this is where we should start y'all.

We can work it out after this, but let's just stop changing the clock.
