This is the first time since 1961 that any one of the part, any one of the major parties has held onto the governorship in New Jersey for three consecutive terms, defying history there and winning what appears to be a resounding victory in New Jersey.

We're going to cross back across the Hudson River, back to New York, to Brooklyn specifically

where our colleague Antonia Hilton has been at Zoran Mamdani's headquarters, which has been

absolutely electric since that race was called for him.

Less than an hour after poll closing,

Antonio is standing by with a very, very recognizable, very happy member of the Democratic,

the Democratic congressional slate from New York.

I want to begin.

We're getting all these results in from, of course, here in New York City, but New Jersey, Virginia.

It appears to be a huge night for Democrats.

What is the national story to you? You know, I think what this night is starting and shaping up to represent is that Americans everywhere are not going to be scared.

We will not be intimidated by an administration that is violating the rights and making life hard and unaffordable

for every single American in this country.

And we will send in a wave of Democrats

that not bow to this administration,

but stand up to this administration.

And doing so in the interest of working families,
