3:05pm- The New Jersey State Board of Education has approved controversial new equity rules with a 6-5 vote. 4:05pm- On Monday night, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis announced former president Donald Trump has been indicted for racketeering for his alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election. 18 others were charged as well—including Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Sidney Powell. Corinne Ramey and James Fanelli of The Wall Street Journal write, “If Trump wins the next presidential election, he could attempt to pardon himself in any federal case or steer the Justice Department to retreat from Smith’s charges. In Georgia, he would lack the ability to wipe away a state conviction or prison term. Even if Trump were to seek a state pardon, he wouldn’t be eligible to do so until after serving a sentence for any conviction. 4:10pm- According to reports, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has proposed March 4th, 2024 as the start date for Donald Trump’s trial in Georgia—one day before Super Tuesday when 15 states will vote in the Republican Presidential Primary.

4:30pm- Steve Dnistrian—Candidate for New Jersey State Senate in the 11th District, located in Monmouth County—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his race against incumbent Sen. Vin Gopal (D). In a recent interview, Sen. Gopal referred to anyone that believes there was a link between the sudden uptick in marine life deaths and offshore wind development as a conspiracy theorist.

6:05pm- According to estimates, nearly one-hundred people have died as a result of the wildfires in Hawaii—making it the deadliest wildfire in the United States in over a century. While appearing on CNN with Jake Tapper, Senator Mazie Hirono (D-HI) baselessly blamed climate change for the wildfires that have devastated Hawaii.

6:35pm- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is facing criticism after a meeting with a group allegedly linked to anti-Semitism.
