And it seems as though that we might have a Christmas miracle of sorts this year and to join us to talk about it today.

Doing great, Binkley. It's great to be back with you. It's been a while and I just thrilled that we can get a chance to do this and

Share our Christmas news with you. Well, why don't we go ahead and do that what so tell me what happened

well it is quite a story I guess I should back up and start with it beginning. We were basically, when we did this so many times we talked

about this on the show with you and Monica about how we were trying to get access to the Fulton

County ballots because we had four sworn affidavits that there were counterfeit ballots in the actual count, the Fullen County's results, and

the affidavit were made by senior poll managers who had detected these during the audit.

So we simply followed a lawsuit to say that stuffing the ballot box with counterfeit ballots is a violation of

our equal protection and due process rights under the United States and

Georgia Constitution. So the judge, and you probably remember a lot of this story.
