thing you have to know about this bill is how they passed it they use a technique

that we call political taxidermy So if you all remember from last week they had

House Bill 531 and it was going over it passed the House and went to the Senate into this committee

it was vetted over there and Senate Bill 241 passed the Senate went into the

House committee and it was vetted over there so you had two bills these were the two omnibus bills. Which one are we going to go with? I don't know, debate. Everybody's saying we don't like this one. We don't like that one. So what they do is they stuff an elephant on an ant. So we call

this for the political document. They took Senate Bill 202 which is a little tiny

bill that had a talk about applications. And they took all this stuff from 531, and they took all the stuff from 241, and they crammed it into this little 202 bill, put this elephant on an ant, the political taxidermy, and then

they passed that out of the house, and now the key is it doesn't have to go back to the Senate committee because
