With me is Archie Bland, editor of the Election Edition newsletter. Archie, we are seeing, well, I don't know whether it's a change of tack from the Tory

campaign or whether it's just the, tack from the Tory campaign or

whether it's just the you know tactic throughout this campaign coming to light but

we are seeing Tory ministers and some very senior Tory ministers effectively

admitting that they are preparing to lose this election.

So I think really what's going on is a gradual alignment of the conservative campaign

with reality and you know this is always looked like a pretty tough race for the
