First of all, though, let's talk about an unfolding election expenses scandal.

And Robert, just tell us basically what's going on.

It's the Electoral Commission have ruled and fined the Conservative Party £70,000.

Going into the minutiae of it is extremely complicated, but in essence it is national campaign versus local campaign

and whether money bled from the national to the local,
