All right, so election day is tomorrow, and there's some interesting data out on the voting thus

far in Marion County, which is very, this is very surprising to me given how just uninspiring Jefferson Treve and Joe

Hawks that have both been but yet voting numbers are up in Marion County

thus far.

Yes, it's an interesting dynamic.

Usually the day, the weekend before election day,

I mean you do the discoveries, go to the rallies,

you talk to voters, but I also look at voter turnout. And what we found, this story is up at

Indi politics, although Marion County has fewer registered voters than the last mayor's

race, the number of early voters is up significantly.

Now, in 2019, there were 635,000 registered voters.

Today, the number is 626, so almost 10,000 fewer registered voters.

Now, some of that's people moving.

Some of that's also clean the voter rolls,

but there are fewer registered voters now than there were four years ago.

However, as of Sunday at 6 o'clock when early voting was over on the weekend, and by the way, you can still early vote over at the City County building until about noon today.

43,000 voters cast early ballots compared to 14,000.

Wait, what? Yeah. Nearly 43,000 voters requested early ballots

this year compared to 14,000 four years ago. So that's 29,000. I mean I'm doing public school math here, it's 29,000 is more

ballots, right?

33,000 voters cast their votes in person, but more than 9,000 casts a

votes by mail.
