We're going to have an interesting an interesting discussion today. I'm going to

move through a couple of things. We're going to go do Trainy Madness because I got into some internet, whatever you call

this drama with a female who thinks she is a guy that's always weird and I got some great video of this so you'll like that

it'll make you nauseous you may have to turn this down if you're watching at work but it does

kind of tell you how weird and strange we've gotten in the last let let's say 40 years in this country.

I'd love to believe that we could recover back to like a 1980s reality,

a 1960s or 70s reality that some of you lived through,

and I don't think it's coming for a long time. I sat down and talked to my

buddy George Hill last week and he said we're 50 years out from recovering sort of the norms.

I've been reading the fourth turning is here and that may be the case it turns out we may be a long ways off but that's all right we will sit here and chat through it no big deal

let's talk about a couple of things we're gonna be talking about what's going on in the war in Gaza and Israel, not so much that we care what's specifically happening there, but what the U.S. impact is.
