special election 24 series where I'm trying to interview 650 candidates.

We have four today which will take that tally down to 575 by the end of the show. Am I going to do this?

Because you just, I'm interviewing so many people, you know, at the end of a day where I've recorded a few of these,

I just end up feeling so inspired. I just think as a snapshot of the people that politics is attracting, it is phenomenal because

you can easily sometimes look at some of the people near the top and think,

but you know when you talk to people, it's phenomenal.

It's really, I really think that politics in the last few years, we went through a very, very difficult

period and that period isn't necessarily over and it affected all parties.

But you kind of feel that the last few years have certainly attracted some exceptionally bright and

positive people and we're going to meet some of them today.

So our first stop today is in the West Midlands we're going to Edge Baston which of course has a

fine sporting heritage and we're going to meet the Labour candidate there Greek

Cor Gill who is again know, you talk about positive people and people who

understand the power of politics, Pree is absolutely one of those people.
