really quickly so this dude calls 911 and says and of course the 911 dispatches this crazy job,

where basically a guy who's smoking, the job said

he's smoking crack with his friend

and he wants him arrested because his friend smoked too much of his crack.

Sound reasoning.

So, uh, that was, that was hilarious. I was like 3 a.m. going I can't understand this I can't I can't do it

It's a lot. It's a lot to take in it really is a lot, but this is like with his friend in trouble because he smoked too much and he needed a hospital

That's why they call no he wanted to get his friend arrested for smoking too much of his crime
