0:05.9	Dubay shared in his most recent general conference address.
0:09.9	Elder Dubay recalled,
0:11.4	In 2012, as I walked for the first time into the general conference leadership meeting,
0:16.9	I could not help feeling overwhelmed and inadequate.
0:20.4	In my mind, there was a voice persistently repeating,
0:23.2	you do not belong here, a serious mistake has been made.
0:27.3	The teenage girl in my ward shared that she often felt similar feelings of inadequacy,
0:33.5	and knowing that Elder Dubay felt the same way made her feel that she was not alone.
0:38.1	Elder Dubay went on to tell of how Elder Jeffery Arholland made him feel welcomed and at peace in that leadership meeting.

0:55.2	Elder Edward Dubay was sustained as a general authority 70 of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 6, 2013.
