You'll want to hear all about this. And a new affidavit has been filed in the Tim Ballard case,

which has a great deal of interesting information in it. I wanted to share that with you as well today.

But first off, for the announcements, today is June 27, 2024. It is the 180th anniversary of the martyrdom of

Joseph Smith and his brother Hiram Smith, the patriarch, in Carthage Jail, in Illinois. So we want to

take a moment here to reflect upon that before we go into tonight's episode. Okay, enough of that.

Let's go into tonight's episode. And the first thing is that there is an invitation circulating in Utah.

I don't know if it's circulating out Utah. It's very private. It's very exclusive. But one of the

listeners to this show apparently received it and forwarded it on to me. So let's see if we can see what is going

on here. First off, here is the title slide, Tim Ballard Fundraiser, an evening with Tim Ballard.

It is June 29th, 2004. It is by invitation only in June 29th is two days from today's date,

i.e. it's going to be on Saturday, this coming Saturday.

So let's see what it is that this invitation has to say. Someone writing on behalf of Tim Ballard,

apparently the person who's putting on this fundraiser writes this, I wanted to send you a personal

invitation to this event. I'm helping organize for my friends,

Tim and Catherine Ballard. I know you know of Tim from the movie Sound of Freedom,

from his work with rescuing children, from child trafficking, or from his books. I strongly believe

Tim has been the victim of lawfare, the use of legal systems to damage or

delegitimize someone, wasting their time and money or winning a public relations victory.

The effect of this has been the de facto halting of the rescue of God's precious children
