1:02.7	To learn about the pharaohs and pyramids and other aspects of the ancient Egyptians' lives,
1:09.0	we need to travel back in time to, wait a minute, that's not far enough back, it's further.
1:19.3	Back, back, back, and back.
1:27.1	Now we're there.
1:29.3	Where you ask?
1:30.3	Well, let's just say that we're standing near a half finished tower of some sort.
1:38.3	Oh, I know what it is, it's the infamous tower of Babel.
1:47.0	Do you know the one that the descendants of Noah disobediently tried to build to reach
1:52.6	to the heavens?
1:54.4	They were determined to stay in one place and not spread out like God had commanded them

2:00.2	Well, God successfully ended the construction of that blasphemous tower by scrambling the
2:06.9	languages of the people who lived during that time.
2:11.4	Maybe that accounts for the confused looks on the faces around us.
2:16.5	Well, eventually the people split up into groups depending on their languages.
