Welcome to Planet Ego.

It's been over a year since we've pulled back the curtain and done my least Ego Fest shows.

So if you've not heard what we call an E of these ego fest shows. So if, uh, if you've not

heard what we call an ego fest is just, uh, pretty much a show all about the show. And, uh,

it's about the projection booth itself, nothing to do with a particular film or more just the

inner workings of things, uh, the real dirt as it were. So on the show, we like to talk about

movies. Some personal stuff comes up, but show, we like to talk about movies.

Some personal stuff comes up, but mostly we talk about movies and how they've affected our lives and how the lives of our guests have been affected, our co-hosts, how they've

made movies, how they've been affected by movies.

It's not really a good time to go, you know, bragging about ourselves, but that is what

the ego fest is for.

So that said, I want to say that over the last 10 months, I have been honored to be interviewed

a few times.

I wanted to share a few of those.

Most recently, the projection booth was one of a handful of podcasts featured in a story in The Washington Post.

You are fake news.

So Stephanie Mary, a listener of the projection booth, wrote a story called Those Movie Nerds Behind the Video Store Counter are back, and they're doing podcasts, which is quite a mouthful.
