I just thought I'd shout that out. So between falling flat on their faces and health care repeal to just getting their asses handed to them in the last election, you'd think Republicans would

back off obsessing over fetuses. But you'd be wrong. You'd be wrong A. F. In this episode, we

discuss fetal personhood, from heartbeat bans to the tax bill to judicial appointments. Yep,

that's right. Republicans are so obsessed with fetuses, they are even writing fetal personhood

into the tax bill. Jess and I are going to take it even further, though.

We're going to dive deep down into the laws that define the concept of person and how they play

into all of this legislation and how they tie into the philosophy of most of Trump's judicial

nominees, including Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsick, I mean Gorsuch.

And by the time we're done, you'll be able to argue under the

table anyone who claims that fetuses are people. And that includes Neil Gorsick. I mean Gorsuch.
