The pandemic, political disagreements, war… there are so many sources of separation and loneliness in the world. That’s why, now more than ever, we must shed light on the importance of human connection, attunement, and cultivating presence within ourselves as well as with others.
Meaningful connection is an innate, primal need from the time we’re born to the time we return to the dirt of the Earth.
When we find that connection, we enter a flow state and even our brain waves become synchronized. Imagine the immense change and growth we could experience if we put more energy into connecting with ourselves and one another!
Dr. Edward Bodkin and Ashley Pallathra have co-authored the insightful book, Missing Each Other, that delves into the idea that learning about yourself makes it easier to connect with others. Listen in as they share glorious pieces of wisdom about self-awareness, human connection, and attunement.
