Summary

Aram Grigorian didn't have it easy growing up in Soviet Russia, but that doesn't mean he isn't grateful for how he grew up. A humble yet determined young man, Aram came to the United States with a slightly different 'American dream' in mind and has gone on to create a life of his design through not only pushing his own mind and body's limits but now helps others do the same.

Bodybuilder and all-around strength training professional, Aram trains some of the most high-performing CEO's in the Greenwich, CT area as well as single parents or the classic weekend warrior that wants to get in shape and stay that way.
