We decided, George, to give ourselves the bank holiday weekend off, which was very kind from our benevolent bosses who are ourselves, but also

slightly out of sadness because yesterday, Bank Holiday Monday, we should have been at Wembley.

We should have been at Wembley for what I believe would have been the championship playoff

final and League 1 would have been the day before, with League 2 having happened the weekend before.

Somewhat sad circumstances yesterday I found, especially because it was such a lovely day,

and we love Wembley in the Sun.

Yeah, very sad not to be there.

I was thinking that if the championship player final had happened the day after the league one,

which we know it would have done,

and I'd watch Oxford either win or lose, I'd have been probably very,

had a bit of a sore head, probably in the sunshine, but it wasn't to be...

And then you'd have seen Millwall beat Brentford on, on Bangkok on Monday.

That wasn't your prediction when we did the prediction post.

But yeah, very sad, of course, that we weren't watching playoff football.

But it does feel like we might be watching some playoff football quite soon, which is quite

exciting.

Just to explain, I think the best way to sum up what today's podcast is, and just using a classic bit of alliteration because it's Tuesday, not Monday, is tapas Tuesday.
