Hey guys, today's episode is sponsored by TFL Transport for London. We're here to raise awareness

0:05.9

about hate crimes on public transport and this is basically a campaign where we address serious

0:12.5

worrying incidents on the TFL network. These kind of abuse includes anti-social behaviour,

0:18.3

star abuse, drunken behaviour tool, starf and hate crimes towards customers and staff.

0:23.1

To be honest, I think a lot of us have seen a hate crime even if it's on social media.

0:29.6

So I remember seeing a video where someone was told to go back to their country,

0:35.2

go back to where they came from. I've seen a video where someone has been told to speak English,

0:41.2

or in England. As a viewer, first of all, you sympathise with the person that's experiencing it.

0:47.7

Of course, yeah. Yeah, you just think, I can't even imagine what it must feel like to

0:53.2

be in that situation and most of the times when I've seen these videos, no one in this video.

0:58.2

because you're worried that you'll then become a victim. But I think ultimately,

1:09.7

what this campaign is trying to raise awareness about is the fact that you can report these

1:14.4

incidents and you should be reporting it. It doesn't matter if it hasn't happened to you,

1:19.7

you can report these incidents. I myself experienced something on public transport and I'm not

1:25.7

sure if it was a hate crime. I feel like it was because everyone else around me didn't look like me,

1:31.1

but I was the victim. And it was basically two men. I was travelling home from work late. I was only

1:39.5

17 at the time. And when I was on the bus, I saw a reflection of this guy. So I was sitting by the

1:46.0

exit doors and I was looking at the glass and I saw this guy putting two fingers up at me and all

1:52.0

like, I didn't do nothing to you. It was totally unprovoked. When I say I did not interact with

1:59.2

this guy, I did nothing to him. So I was like, he can't be doing that at me, but yet I'm the only person

2:05.2

the side of the bus. And then when he was getting off, I had my headphones in. When he was getting off,
