As you probably already know, welcome back for another video.

In this video, I'm just going to answer some common questions so we're getting a lot of emails

We're getting a lot of questions this happened before with Power English. You might remember that suddenly it was all this excitement and all these people asking questions and all these emails, all the comments on the blog, and this excitement,

nah! And very crazy. And as you know, we're still a very small company.

Now, the good news is, we're a little bigger now than August. In August

it was me and my sister. Now was basically effortless English.

And so when we had that huge Power English sale,

it was crazy, so many emails,

so many people trying to buy power English that day

our website was crashing and crashing and crashing it was kind of stressful to be

honest I mean I was happy about the excitement

It was very good for our business, but it was also extremely stressful because there was just so much happening and it created a lot of problems also.

So, we've learned a little bit and we've grown more.

So now I have, well I have one main assistant now

Amy and I have another assistant sometimes Sue so I've got a couple of

assistance now and I'm going to talk to Sue about helping with some of the emails, helping my sister.

So we'll have a couple people helping with all these new VIP members and all the

excitement about the VIP program. So I think we're more ready. Also our website is better. We have a totally new web host and we have a new

system so I think we can handle a lot more sudden traffic because I know on November 3rd suddenly

it's going to be a lot of people suddenly trying to get the VIP lesson so this time I think we're ready. I think our computer system is much better and we have more people to help. So let's hope. We will see, right? We do the best we can. You remember that that's number one.

Well, also with us at Effortless English, we do the best we can. We have tried to improve the computer system.
