So what happens then is as it's a bit overwhelming and a bit disorienting

a couple of things make it worse. There is a complete lack of leadership at every level of our society

There is there is a complete lack of leadership.

Politically we are lacking leadership. Economically we are lacking leadership all the way down to local governments and businesses

and schools and churches. How many of you guys are business owners or leaders and

just finding people that can lead at your company is proving to be

very very difficult. There is a tremendous lack of leadership. If you're a young man

here let me just put some encouragement on you.

If you will learn to lead, you will be rare in your generation.

You will make yourself invaluable to others. You will find a way to have a career path that goes up

and not down. If you're a young man, I would tell you this, and this is just a prompting in the spirit. If you're a young man, I would tell you this, and this is just a prompting in the spirit,

if you're a young man, stop making excuses for why you're not leading and start making plans

to be a leader. Your whole generation has been trained. The entire

generation of young men has been trained that we reward victimhood, not

victory.

So everyone's talking about their trauma

and their abuse and their triggers and their hardship

and their anxiety and their struggles

and their lack and their want and their need rather than saying,

and here's my damn plan.

Because I don't want to be a victim, I want to be a victor, I don't want to make excuses, I want to make

plans, I don't want yesterday to be every day, I want tomorrow to be a better day, that's the heart of a leader.
