well, wasn't there estimate, but the estimate that 5 million people had gone to there.

World series Parade and Rally, under the microscope, and determined really based on nothing more than the layout of the article announcing it that it was nonsense.

And so Bob says the Chicago Police Department made the 5 million person crowd estimate all caps before the Parade started.
