Ben, how are you doing? I may be a little

whorcer than usual since I did some singing along but oh that sounds fun. I

think we're gonna need to hear some of that. But yeah, it was a very hipster

like outing. I wore a shirt that has some sort of plaid check pattern and I was

in Brooklyn and I saw Wilco. Did you see Dale Murphy? I did not see Dale

Murphy but it was a big crowd so he could have been out there somewhere. We know

he's a big fan. We do. So we have two topics we're gonna discuss today as always we

have not discussed our topics with each other so why don't you blow my mind and

tell me what we're gonna be talking about today. I want to talk a little bit

about the Dempster debacle and they fall out from that and whether anything

will change because of it. Okay, I will be talking about a single

transaction yesterday that may never actually happen. Has that ever happened
