You sound happy and you should be happy, I guess, because the Braves took all of your recommendations from the essay

You wrote mostly about how they should sign some players to extensions

and shortly after the book came out they did

almost all of the things that you wanted them to do

So your work here is done, I guess, good job

I'm pretty good, evidently they read the book

and so that's how they figure all this stuff out
