Hey, how's it going guys? Very well, thank you. So your essay for the Baseball

Prospectus annual about the Twins is at times optimistic and at times very depressing,

which is I guess there's a mix of both of those things for Twins fans right now.

What fascinates me about them is how little turnover they have had and yet how much their

fortunes have changed over the last several years, I suppose. So how is it that

an organization that is famous for really not having any turnover has such different results

than it did for quite some time? Yeah, I mean that's sort of one thing I tried to explore a little

bit in the essay and hopefully did a okay job. I'm not sure, but my sort of natural reaction to

that question was kind of, well maybe stuff has just passed them by a little bit and I don't know

if that's fair or not. I mean certainly they would tell you it hasn't and I'm not, you know,

insideery enough to truly know, but I mean they're on Tehran is now in his second

stint as GM and he's certainly one of the oldest school, longest tenured oldest just in terms

of age GMs and garden hires in his second decade as manager and like you said they, you know,

they're so loyal, they promote from a thing they haven't had much turnover and I just wonder

...
