they do a great job Ben an excellent job but you know that this is one of the

posts that gets read the most of anything you published the whole year and so you want to

bring an extra level of rigor and

diligence to it to like you know honor the thing and all the work that everybody's done

and so you slept not as much as you usually do and you're a person who needs
