appreciate that, appreciate you having me on. Yeah we are happy too so we'll have to

save some banter and news for next time because we've got a lot on the

docket today. Primarily we will be previewing the AL West with Pedro's help, but

we should talk a little bit about your book which came out just this week and is

called How to Beat a Broken Game, the Rise of the Dodgers in a League on the

Brink. So if we had planned ahead perhaps we would have had you on the AL West

preview just to get the Dodgers audience, but this book is more than a Dodgers

book and so it is sort of appropriate to have you on any preview podcast I think

and when you sent me the early copy of this book I was thinking well it's just

about the Dodgers World Series is it only about the Dodgers and I can learn a lot

about that Dodgers championship and the answer is yes you will learn a lot

about that Dodgers championship but also it is not just about the Dodgers not

that there's anything wrong with that but if you're not necessarily a Dodgers
