but in his second start on Sunday, he initially looked great, you know, which made it all the more disappointing when things went south again for him.

So he had a one, two, three first inning and his velocity seemed to be up from his previous start and he threw his blitter and he got a strikeout

and he looked almost like his old self and then he came back out for the second inning.

And at some point suffered a pretty precipitous velocity loss and that is never a good sign and then his control kind of went to and he walked a few guys and he didn't make it out of that inning.

And that was bad enough, but when you couple it with the velocity decline, it was quite worrisome and the angel sent him for an MRI after the game.

He complained of some discomfort and on Monday, we got the results, which is that he has a forearm strain as it's being called.
