Wanted to provide a quick update about Sam, our co-host.

Some of you have been wondering how he's been as have we?

And we've chatted with him this week.

And the issue that he's been dealing with is migraines.

Somewhat severe migraines that are exacerbated by stress and podcast recording was not helping with his attempts to manage that.

And that's why he took some time off and is continuing to take some time off.

He's figuring out how best to treat that and go about his business.

So we are hoping for the best for him and we don't know exactly when he'll be back.

And don't want to put any pressure on him to be back.

But he's hoping to be back as soon as possible.

And of course we miss him and want to talk to him as soon as we can.

Yeah, but we wanted to let everybody know he's okay.
