Robinson who played first base in the big leagues before and after serving the Navy during World War II

is a native Texan who still lives in the state and once worked in the Astros front office

He's also the last living member of the 1948 Cleveland Indians who still signs during their stretch run via

spy station in the center field scoreboard and equipped with a tripod mounted telescope
