In order to have effective ministry, we must have effective people in ministry.

So if ministry is going to be effective, it's going to be totally dependent on how effective the people are.

Effective people in ministry are birthed through people that are fulfilling their what?

We've been talking about creation roles. What are your creation roles? Well, it depends. If you were a man, you were created as a leader. By God. You were created as a leader. You were created as the leader of society. You were created as the leader of society, no matter what society says. Amen.

No matter what the spirit of Jezebel, succubus, and Lilith says, you are the leader.

Men are leaders, amen? You are leaders. And so that is what we need to understand that

about a creation role. Men are leaders. Women, you are help meats to men. And you are, amen? You are nourishers to your children. Boy, can't get no amen from the women. The men is amen. And what's the wrong with y'all? Y'all don't want to be helped meets? Amen. That's your creation role. Now, you know, you can change that and do whatever you want. I'm just telling you what God made you for. So that's what's really going to work best for you, what God said. How many of you want to be what God said? Amen. So, I mean, you know, folks got hangups and stuff. Y'all, I mean, every week I get emails from somebody in here. I need to find out who you are.

Somebody in there just email me. I don't like what you said about women and you just act like women can't run stuff and lead stuff or whatever. I say, hey, I'm just
