Folks, welcome to Manager Tools.

Normally Mike does this introduction,

but this is a bit of an unusual situation.

We had a cast all recorded and ready to go.

It's called Effective Meetings Anything Else.

And we just found out, Mike and I just found out

I'm recording this Friday afternoon

that our longtime audio engineer,

an extended member of the Manager Tools family

who's just a wonderful guy and a brilliant engineer,

Paul Fajiani, has to spend some time with his dad

who's just been admitted to the hospital.

And so Mike and I were a little bit worried

that this podcast from Monday would be delayed

and we thought we'd release a Hall of Fame cast

and as soon as Paul can come back to us,

then we'll pick up the pace.

With the cast, we've already recorded,

but it hasn't yet been post-produced.

So the Hall of Fame cast that we're going to provide for you

is Effective Meetings,

which will go very well with the cast right behind it,
