So companies have this ongoing challenge that I've heard you talk about at conferences before, balancing the broad one-size-fits-all messaging with very

specific guidance. Why don't we start there? How do you recommend that people approach that challenge?

I think it's interesting to think about, first of all, whether it really is a one-size-fits-all

approach. I think in my experience,

every company is very different. And so first, just thinking about what your culture is and who your

employees are and whether or not you're dispersed or more centralized are really important things

to consider when trying to put together a training program. And so I think just by

very definition, training is not one size fits all. And so engagement is really important. And so

the criteria we talked about before about who's your audience, where are they based, and what you're

trying to train on are really important things to

consider when putting a framework together. How do you go about doing that without it being ruinously

expensive? There are smaller companies listening as well as very large multinationals.

And getting this right is so important, but getting it right and bringing it in on budget is

challenging. I mean on budget is challenging.
