| 1:12.9 | very definition, training is not one size fits all. And so engagement is really important. And so |
| 1:20.4 | the criteria we talked about before about who's your audience, where are they based, and what you're |

| 1:27.9 | consider when putting a framework together. How do you go about doing that without it being ruinously |
| 1:33.7 | expensive? There are smaller companies listening as well as very large multinationals. |
| 1:39.2 | And getting this right is so important, but getting it right and bringing it in on budget is |
