I'm joined as always by, well, I shouldn't say as always because you skipped the last one, Jim,

but we had a fun conversation without you.

But you're back, and I'm glad to see you, of course.

And so this is, again, the ninth installment of the Apollo case study series.

You've put together a really interesting topic of mentoring and supporting staff and things along those lines.

I'm excited to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

And by everyone, I mean we've got a big cast of characters here.

So, Jim, I'm going to hand it over to you and let you do some introductions and

take it away from there. Well, great. Thanks, Matt. It's good to be back and really enjoyed the

episode that you and Kristen put out. I thought it was outstanding. Usually, Matt likes to start

his episodes with how you got into behavior analysis.

I think for sake of time, I'm going to let each of you introduce yourself and just tell us a little bit about a quick blurb on how you got into the field and what your role is at Apollo.
